Tomorrow is Indomitus day!

Tomorrow is the official release date of the Indomitus Set! Whoo!! Whether or not you're striving to purge heresy in the Emperor's name or following an everlong annihilation of the galaxy as the risen undead with the Necrons - it's surely a day to look forward to regardless of faction favouritism as of course, the new 40k core rule book releases too!

The new addition to the rules or those affecting current ones; such as the overwatch mechanic now costing CP for example, are things to watch out for as we dive into a new edition for 40k.

We also have extra releases alongside: featuring a Chapter Approved "Grand Tournament 2020" package which has two booklets; Munitorum which is a points cost for all armies in 40k summed up nicely and the Grand Tournament binder book which includes missions and setups for fun new games alongside the core rules in their most simple form (although, much more in depth than the little open-page cardboard rules you get from previous big sets in comparison). Handy if you prefer to have a rulebook but the bulk of it is weighing you down when travelling for games!

Additionally, we have the Open War Mission Pack; a small deck of card that are very similar to your faction objectives packs which you will find the rules required to play an Open War game; 9 Objective, 12 Deployment, 18 Twist, 6 Sudden Death, 6 Ruse cards with 1 folded reference card. You do need a copy of the Core rules to use it; but it should be fun to help with keeping it random and fun.

Finally, there are the new paints available for the new dynasty of the Necrons with "Runelord brass" and a new technical paint of "Tesseract Glow" - a much exciting paint to give an easy plasma effect to weaponry. Exciting stuff!
